Solstice is a luxury apartment development in East Perth, Western Australia.

Using the project name ‘Solstice’, an identity was created to visually convey the definition of the word. Colours were inspired by the immediate water and parkland surroundings with bold type selected for legibility. The green and blue colour scheme was then used to link all the marketing pieces.

Digital renderings and photographs of the area were used within the sales brochure.

The brochure’s imagery highlights East Perth’s vibrant cultural attributes by showcasing the style of the local dwellings, textures found at the public parks, public artworks and the river inlet.
