The Durack Centre was an existing office building with commercial tenants, refurbished and repositioned as an A-grade offering with advanced services and amenities.
To further enhance the refurbishment, a new identity and branding theme was designed, taking inspiration from angular features in the architecture revealed by an aerial image of the site. The design is a bold and contemporary expression offering a shortened colloquial name for the building—dc.
To carry the logo design theme throughout the building, a tiled pattern was designed and applied by the architects to several interior finishes.
Two detailed interactive brochures were produced to promote the commercial and restaurant leasing.
A hoarding was designed for the café using the logo-tiled pattern, combined with human silhouettes to create an alfresco coffee place scene.
An intriguing montage—also using silhouettes—was designed to promote the leasing of the restaurant.
